We are a mid-sized producer with more than 50 years of experience supplying bar-top stoppers<\/a> and we produce them to order for clients all over the world from our factory in Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

There are a number of options for bar-top capsules that we can supply \u2013 wooden (which we produce in house (mainly in beech, stained if required) as well as plastic capsules and capsules made entirely from cork.<\/p>\n

As part of our service we will carry out a size test on your bottles where we will measure internal neck profile of your bottle to identify any irregularities and define the perfect sized cork for your specific bottle, working to accuracies of 0.2mm.<\/p>\n

We can print your logo on the capsules using hot-stamping, pad printing, laser engraving and embossing\/debossing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our MOQ is generally 5000 units, although for intiial\/trial orders we can sometimes go lower than this depending on the specification.<\/p>\n

Our typical lead time is 5 to 6 weeks once the exact specification of the bar-top is agreed, although at certain times of year and for orders over 100,000 units it can be extended.<\/p>\n
